Frank Martire is the Executive Chairman of Bridgeport Partners. At Bridgeport, Frank leads the sourcing, evaluation, and execution of the firm’s investment strategy.

Frank brings over 40 years of experience leading, operating and investing in several of the world’s largest financial technology companies, and has completed over 100 investments and acquisitions across the financial technology sector during this time. Frank brings a wealth of experience in leading and scaling financial technology companies, including extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, value creation and synergy execution, complex integrations, talent acquisition and mentorship, organizational design, product development, and capital allocation.

Prior to Bridgeport, Frank held senior executive roles at multiple publicly traded financial technology companies including as Chairman and CEO of Fidelity National Information Services, Inc. (FIS), Chairman and CEO of Metavante Technologies, Inc. (Metavante), COO of Financial Institution Systems and Services Group of Fiserv, Inc. (Fiserv) and Executive Chairman of NCR Corporation (now separated into two distinct financial technology companies: NCR Voyix and NCR Atleos).

Frank is currently Chairman of the Board of Directors of CSI, a leading digital core banking provider and a Bridgeport portfolio company. He is a Member of the Board of Directors of Cannae Holdings, Inc. and System1, Inc. He serves as a Board Member for Sacred Heart University and the Folded Flag Foundation and is a Member of the Mayo Clinic Leadership Foundation.
