Frank Martire III is the Managing Partner of Bridgeport Partners. At Bridgeport, Frank leads the sourcing, evaluation, and execution of the firm’s investment strategy.

Prior to Bridgeport, Frank co-founded Motive Partners (Motive), a financial technology investment firm, where he co-led the formation, strategy and structuring of the firm as General Counsel and member of the Executive Committee and Investment Committee. Frank previously served as Managing Director of Trasimene Capital, the external manager of Cannae Holdings Inc., a publicly traded company investing in financial services and technology.

Prior to Motive, Frank advised companies and boards in connection with mergers and acquisitions as a Shareholder at Greenberg Traurig, LLP, and as an associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP (Weil). Prior to Weil, Frank was at J.S. Herold, Inc., an energy research firm, and at J.P. Morgan Chase & Co., in its investment banking division.
